Architectural and construction characteristics: In the heart of the historical center of Rome, in the Eur district, stands the complex consisting of two buildings with a rational architectural style, in harmony with the surrounding environment. The property, hosting SIAE’s General Management, can be accessed either from Viale della Letteratura or from Viale della Civiltà Romana. Close to the complex is the worksite of the Congress Centre (Nuvola di Fuksas), one of the strong points of contemporary architecture in Rome. The building consists of 6 floors above ground, with a further two-storey extension above. The two structures only share the basement and are connected by a covered platform/walkway at ground floor level. The façades, slender in height, are characterized by windows and protruding vertical elements, separating one from the other at regular intervals.  The ground floor of the building is used for different purposes: reception, bar, offices, archives, utility rooms and a postal office. A panoramic roof garden with a bar and external pergola, realized much later in time, stand out on the rooftop.
