The Tintoretto Fund is a closed umbrella real estate fund, reserved for qualified investors. The subscription to each sub-fund can be made both with a capital contribution or through a contribution-in kind of real estate assets.
The Tintoretto Fund is made up of 6 sub-funds each having a different duration and investment policy:
1) Apollo, duration: 30 years; designated use: primarily real estate development operations, including real estate assets and property rights intended for residential, service, industrial, commercial and office use as well as hotel use; asset allocation: Italy Overseas.
2) Vulcano, duration: 30 years; designated use: real estate assets and assets intended for residential, service, industrial, commercial and office use as well as hotel use; asset allocation: Italy Overseas.
3) Giove, duration: 30 years, designated use: primarily real estate development operations, including real estate assets and property rights intended for residential, service, industrial, commercial and office use as well as hotel use; asset allocation: Italy Overseas.
4) Marte, duration: 30 years: designated use: primarily real estate development operations, including real estate assets and property rights intended for residential, service, industrial, commercial and office use as well as hotel use; asset allocation: Italy Overseas.
5) Dafne, duration 30 years; designated use: primarily real estate development operations, including real estate assets and property rights intended for residential, service, industrial, commercial and office use as well as hotel use; asset allocation: Italy Overseas.
6) Akroterion, duration: 30 years; designated use: real estate assets and assets intended for residential, service, industrial, commercial and office use as well as hotel use; asset allocation: Italy Overseas.
The Fund has been established with a resolution of the Board of Directors of May 4th 2012. The six sub-funds have been established by amendments to the Management Regulations resolved by the Board of Directors’ Meeting on January 24th 2014.
Only the Dafne Sub-fund has been operative as of 12/02/2014
