DONATELLO FUND - FEDERICO II SUBFUND

The Donatello Fund Federico II sub-fund, previously Puglia Uno sub-fund, started operations in September 2009 with an initial subscribed equity equal to €33,200,000 issued in 664 units each with a value of 50,000 euros. The duration of the sub-fund is of 15 years and allows for subsequent capital increases.
