Sorgente SGR was the first Italian real estate fund management company to obtain a rating. In 2006 Moody’s assigned Sorgente SGR a Management Quality 3 (MQ3) rating. In 2011 Moody’s upgraded Sorgente SGR evaluation to Management Quality 2 (MQ2), rewarding the company for its demonstrated management ability.

In 2004 e 2005, the Michelangelo Fund was named best performer among Real Estate Investment Funds according to IPD (International Property Databank).

Morningstar has year after year awarded the Michelangelo Fund as the top performer among Italian real estate investment funds.
