DONATELLO FUND - IRIS SUB-FUND

The Donatello Fund Iris Sub-fund began operations in December 2009 with subscribed capital equal to € 102,950,000 issued in 2,059 units each worth € 50,000. The duration of the Sub-fund is 10 years and allows for subsequent capital increases. In the first semester of 2010, following the reopening of the subscription period, the Sub-Fund issued 800 units. Consequently the subscribed capital now stands at € 142,943,760.
